David Phelps-Zink contributes his expertise discovering and understanding the unique needs of a wide variety of nonprofit organizations and for-profit corporations as they relate to federal funding, regulatory, policy and legislative objectives. With more than two decades of marketing and analysis experience with three of Southern California's finer communications houses - Grey Entertainment, Western Direct Response and Russ Reid - David has served a diverse array of clients such as Salt Lake County, Orlando Health, Miami-Dade College, Disneyland, ARCO, Bell South, United Health Plan, Habitat for Humanity, Baltimore City Public Schools, Los Angeles Rescue Mission, San Diego Zoo Global, and World Vision among others.


David's sense of "bang for the buck" accountability has helped him produce millions of dollars in net revenues to both nonprofit organizations and for-profit corporations.
