Lara Wilson is a strong advocate for improved health care in rural communities and works diligently with Merchant McIntyre Associates to increase access to care for the most vulnerable populations.
Lara currently serves as the Executive Director of the Maryland Rural Health Association. She previously worked as the Director of Grant Development for Garrett Regional Medical Center (MD), where she worked with Merchant McIntyre professionals to win significant federal grants for the hospital. Before that, Lara served as the Practice Administrator for the Annapolis office of Maryland Primary Care Physicians.
Lara received her undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, and her Master’s Degree in Health Systems Administration from Georgetown University.
