Yihan Cheng, MPP, Legislative Fellow
Yihan Cheng is a public policy expert with a passion for helping Merchant McIntyre clients identify funding opportunities and win grant awards.
Prior to joining Merchant McIntyre, Yihan worked as a consultant with the D.C. Government's Office of Planning and Economic Development. While there, she conducted an in-depth policy analysis on the D.C. Supermarket Tax Incentive Program and brought together stakeholders dedicated to mitigating food insecurity.
Yihan began her career as a Congressional staff member for U.S. Rep. Rodney Davis (R-IL), where she managed and advanced the team's priorities during the re-election season.
Yihan received her Master of Public Policy from George Washington University and a Master of Arts in sport psychology from University of Denver.
